The canned pineapple slice production line is a comprehensive automated production facility that integrates multiple processes, including pineapple cleaning, peeling, core removal, slicing, blanching, canning, sterilization, cooling, and labeling.
This pineapple slice canning line utilizes advanced food processing technology and an intelligent control system. It can be customized based on production scale (ranging from a few tons to dozens of tons per day) and product specifications (including pineapple slices of varying sizes and thicknesses), meeting the production needs of diverse businesses.
We offer tailored canned pineapple slice production line solutions for both small and medium-sized food processing plants seeking to start operations and large food companies seeking to expand production capacity.

Canned Pineapple Production Line Processing Flow
Screening and Cleaning: First, the purchased fresh pineapples are screened to remove rotten, spoiled, or substandard sized fruit to ensure quality.
Peeling and Core Removal: After cleaning, the pineapples enter an automatic peeling and core removal machine. This machine uses mechanical cutting or steam peeling technology to quickly and accurately remove the rind and core.
Slicing and Trimming: After peeling and core removal, the pineapple pulp enters a slicer. Slicing parameters are adjusted according to product requirements (e.g., thickness 3mm-8mm) to produce uniform, complete slices.
Blanching and Cooling: Qualified pineapple slices enter a blanching machine, where they are blanched at a specific temperature (usually 85°C-95°C) and for a specific time (1-3 minutes). This step effectively kills microorganisms on the pineapple surface, disrupts oxidase activity in the pineapple, and prevents browning. It also softens the pulp, improving the taste of the canned fruit.
Canning and Filling: The cooled pineapple slices are automatically metered into canned containers (tinplate cans, glass jars, etc.) according to preset weights (e.g., 200g or 500g per can).
Sealing and Sterilization: After filling and filling, the cans enter the canning machine, where mechanical pressure tightly seals the lids and can bodies to prevent air and microorganisms from entering.
Cooling and Drying: The sterilized cans are removed from the retort and gradually cooled to below 40°C in a cooling system to prevent deformation or cracking of the cans due to large temperature fluctuations.
Labeling and Packing: Finally, the cans enter the automatic labeling machine, where they are precisely labeled with information such as the product name, ingredients, production date, expiration date, and manufacturer.
Pineapple Slice Canning Line Features
