The fully automatic ginger powder production line is used to make ginger powder or turmeric powder. Equipment includes: ginger washing and peeling machine, picking conveyor,ginger slicer, blanching machine,ginger dehydration machine,ginger powder making machine and ginger powder packing machine.
Ginger washing and peeling machine: used to clean mud, dust and other impurities attached to the surface of ginger root. Meanwhile,it can peel ginger skin. The ginger washing and peeling machine can be added with a screw pusher for full automatic operation.
Ginger slicer: The thickness of the ginger slice cutting machine is uniform and the slice thickness can be adjusted as needed.
Blanching machine: rinse and protect the cut ginger slices. Preventing browning after slicing increases the color of the ginger flakes and reduces the loss of active ingredients during the drying process.
Ginger air drying machine: effectively remove the surface moisture of the ginger after rinsing, greatly shortening the drying cycle, suitable for assembly line operations, and improving the automation of production.
Ginger dehydration dryer machine: It adopts multi-layer mobile stainless steel mesh belt, which automatically feeds and discharges, saving a lot of labor costs.
Ginger powder grinding machine: The dried ginger slicer are pulverized and the fineness can be from 10 to 120 mesh.
Ginger powder packaging machine: The ginger powder is bagged. The weight per bag can be customized according to customer needs.
